Our Honey Old Tom Gin is the ultimate expression of luxury and quality. After Dundee’s twinning with Dubai in 2004 we wanted to create a product that reflects the joining of these two cities. Featuring local fresh ginger, lime leaves and lemongrass from The University of Dundee Botanic Garden combined with exotic spices, flowers and Royal Iranian Saffron from the exclusive shopping malls of Dubai. We also sourced honey from both the Himalayas and Yemen. This is a complex gin that deserves to be tried neat first to fully experience the best local ingredients that these two wonderful cities, working in tandem together can produce. Fun fact, while Dubai may be the richest city in the world today, the richest square mile in 19th century Europe was actually in a burgh of Dundee called Broughty Ferry!
